SKIDS & ASSEMBLIES



Upsilon Process carries out complex projects such as the creation of new assemblies, the connection of equipment or the revamping of existing systems:

  • Utilities Generation Skids (PW, WFI, PS, CIP)

MECHANICAL WELDING



Upsilon Process designs, sizes, builds and installs customized parts, from the most classic mass-produced parts to the most unique pieces.

The only limit is that which our imagination gives us. Our custom parts catalog is broad and includes, for example:

  • Wall, floor or ceiling plates, pass boxes,
  • Supports: folding shelves, petri dish, document holder, hoses, drainers, bottles, etc.
  • Loading baskets, Sinks, Cabinets
  • Process specific machining: Y connection, sink drain, plugs,
  • Agitation axis for tanks, injectors, spargers,
  • Tubing with specific fittings (splines, threads, clamps)
